One of my favorite ways to make them is to soak them in lemon juice and herbs.

Place diced potatoes in the oven for 40 minutes to an hour after soaking them in chicken stock, lemon juice, and Rosemary.

Halloumi is nice and dense

Cured meats are packed with flavour
